Agent for Buyers
We provide full agency services for your next property—whether it’s a primary residence, secondary home, or investment property. As owners of single-family home and multiple investment properties ourselves, we understand your needs firsthand. And because we work exclusively through referrals, there’s never any pressure to use our services. Our focus is simply delivering value and earning your trust.
Agent for Sellers
We’re here to help you sell your property in whatever way works best for you. As investors, if the numbers make sense for both sides, we can purchase the property directly—no repairs, updates, or clean-out required. We don’t market ourselves as agents; we only work through referrals, which allows us to keep things simple and personalized. There’s absolutely no pressure to use our services—our past clients’ experiences and results speak for themselves.
Partnership Deal Funding
We offer private funding on deals. Based on the deal, we can do equity partnerships where we are a partner with you, or a debt structure where we lend you most of the funds or a hybrid version of equity and debt setup.
Competitive ROI on Cash Invested
We offer a fixed competitive returns based on the amount of funds and length of time you invest with us. You can choose to take on the risk with us for a higher return or transfer all the risk for a lower yet guaranteed return.
Property Buy & Sell

Apprenticeship
Visit projects currently underway or potentially upcoming and form a protege / mentor relationship with us. You are welcome to tour with any of our team members on active projects, to elevate your business to the next level.
Residential Real Estate
We specialize in both short-term flip and longer term cash-flow rental properties. We prefer single-family, duplex, townhouses 2 to 4 multi-family units in the Chicago suburbs. However, we will consider any type of property in the greater Midwest USA States, if the ROI is justified. Our guideline is around 20%+ ROI for cash-flow and 25%+ ROI for properties being flipped.
Business Opportunities
We are interested in seeking any business investment opportunities. If the opportunity can potentially earn >25% ROI yearly, we’d love to hear from you to consider a partnership. Some examples of opportunities we are interested in include, but not limited to: Self-storage units, adult day care, car wash, strip malls, parking lots, fitness centers or other service based industry franchises.
